With a focus on innovation, quality, and accessibility, the company is committed to transforming healthcare and improving patient outcomes across India and international markets healthcare innovations, and make a real impact on patients' lives.Position Overview: Advanced MedTech Solutions (AMS) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) - Wound Care/ Endo Surgery to oversee sales operations in Mangalore and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing corporate accounts, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company's market presence within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow trade and corporate accounts within the region.
• Oversee the sales of a comprehensive product portfolio, including Sutures.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives in both trade and corporate segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement teams, to promote AMS's product lines.
• Conduct regular market analysis to monitor competitors, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and regulatory affairs to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Train, mentor, and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets. Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience: A minimum of 07 years of sales experience in the Medical Devices (Surgical Consumables) industry, with a strong understanding of the Karnataka market.
• People Management: 04 years of experience managing or mentoring a sales team is preferred.
• Proven track record in managing corporate sales within the healthcare or MedTech sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Sutures is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
