Area Sales Manager - HVAC

Our client is an international company operating in the HVAC industry. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations across the Lyon and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

Key Responsibilities

Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with strategic resellers and distributors across the assigned regionDrive business development initiatives by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities to increase the company's market presence and shareMonitor market developments, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and support continuous improvement initiativesDevelop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales objectives and drive long-term profitabilityDeliver product presentations, training sessions, and technical support to encourage customer engagement and product adoptionYour Profile:Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in sales through resellers or distributorsProven track record of developing business, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targetsStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and stakeholdersProficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applicationsFluent in French and English, both written and spoken
