Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives.Drive sales growth and achieve area targets.Conduct joint field visits and performance reviews.Ensure product availability and payment collections.Coordinate with distributors and key stakeholders.Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
