Area Sales Manager - Project - Building Material

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager – Projects - Building Material to drive project sales and business development for building materials across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers, along with proven experience in securing project specifications and closing sales within the construction industry.Location - Dubai Qualifications and ExperienceEducationGraduate in any discipline; additional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration will be an advantage.Experience8–10 years of experience in the building materials industry, with a strong focus on project sales, business development, and network expansion.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the UAE market.Skills and CompetenciesExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong relationship-building and networking abilities, with the capability to expand and manage a strong professional network.Proficiency in conducting product training sessions, presentations, and workshops for customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.Strong analytical skills to monitor sales performance, evaluate network productivity, and identify business growth opportunities.Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and drive initiatives through to successful completion.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales objectives.Flexibility and adaptability to work across different territories, customer segments, and project requirements.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
