Area Sales Manager- Riyadh- Detergent

Position: Area Sales ManagerLocation: Riyadh Total Salary: SAR 14,000 Saqr Consultng Partners are currently looking to fill this position for a leading detergent company. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Manage sales activities across the assigned Riyadh or Jeddah region.Expand distribution and increase market coverage for detergent and home care products.Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, and key accounts.Identify new customers and business opportunities within the assigned territory.Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and regional targets.Monitor product availability, pricing, promotions, visibility, and competitor activities in the market.Conduct regular market visits and ensure proper execution of sales and merchandising plans.Monitor customer performance, collections, credit limits, and outstanding payments.Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for management.Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure product availability and successful promotions.Provide regular updates on competitor pricing, new product launches, market trends, and customer feedback.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within detergents, home care products, FMCG, or consumer goods.Previous experience as an Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Sales Supervisor, or similar role.Strong knowledge of the Riyadh market and distribution channels.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets.Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.Ability to analyze sales performance and develop effective action plans.Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.Preferred Industry ExperienceCandidates with direct experience in laundry detergents, dishwashing products, household cleaners, fabric care, personal/home care products, or related FMCG categories will be highly preferred.
