You'll leverage your network of General Surgeons, build advocacy across hospitals, and help establish a new robotic platform in one of Europe's most important surgical markets.
Working with surgeons, hospital leadership and procurement teams, you'll manage the complete sales cycle from identifying opportunities through to installation before handing accounts over to the Clinical team to support procedural adoption.Key Responsibilities
- Drive capital equipment sales of an innovative surgical robotic platform across your territory.
- Develop relationships with General Surgeons, hospital executives, procurement teams and key stakeholders.
- Build clinical and administrative advocacy to support purchasing decisions.
- Identify target hospitals and develop strategic territory plans.
- Deliver product presentations, business cases and commercial proposals.
- Lead negotiations through to contract signature and system installation.
- Work closely with the Country Director to establish and grow the German market.
- Partner with the Clinical team to ensure a successful customer handover following installation.
- Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives.Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience selling capital medical devices or complex healthcare technologies.
- Strong understanding of the operating room environment.
- Established relationships within General Surgery. Experience in Gynaecology is also advantageous.
- Demonstrated success selling high value capital equipment.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable engaging with surgeons, procurement and C-suite hospital executives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Fluent German and English.Desirable
- Previous experience launching innovative medical technologies.
- Surgical robotics experience.
