About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, result-oriented, and dynamic Area Sales Manager (ASM) - For Manned divison to lead and drive sales operations across Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, based out of Hyderabad. The ASM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, building strong retailer networks, and ensuring the brand’s presence in the cosmetics market.Key responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.Appoint, train, and manage distributors, and retailers.Drive Primary, secondary and tertiary sales through effective planning & execution.Implement sales promotions, schemes, and product launches in the market.Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.Regularly visit the market to maintain strong relationships with retailers & Distributors.Manage, motivate, and guide the sales representatives/beauty advisors’ team.Ensure visibility and availability of products across general trade.Prepare and submit weekly/monthly MIS reports to the Regional Sales Manager.Qualifications & Skills:Education: Graduate / MBA (preferred)Experience: 6+ years in Cosmetics sales with at least 2 years handling Andhrapradesh/Telangana region.Strong distributor & retailer network knowledge in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
