The focus is on making business mobility simple, flexible, and dependable so partners can scale their delivery capabilities with confidence.Key responsibilities🔹 Manage service operations, TAT, uptime and customer satisfaction🔹 Handle warranty claims, quality issues and repeat-repair control🔹 Lead technicians, service advisors and service partners🔹 Coordinate spares availability with procurement and stores🔹 Build strong relationships with fleet and B2B customersRequirements✅ Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering✅ 5+ years in automotive after-sales with team-handling experience✅ EV/2-wheeler service knowledge is a plus✅ Fluent in Marathi, Hindi and English✅ Good command of DMS/ERP and Excel
