In this role, you will be the primary field leader responsible for translating company standards into daily execution across your assigned territory. If you are an accountable leader passionate about driving customer experience, operational discipline, and workforce productivity, we want you on our team.Your Core PurposeAs the Operations Supervisor, you will own the operational performance, service consistency, compliance, and overall branch readiness of your assigned locations. You will provide direct leadership, coaching, and support to branch personnel, ensuring our teams are empowered to meet and exceed key performance indicators.Key ResponsibilitiesBranch Operations & Excellence: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure all branches are operational, clean, safe, and aligned with company standards.Service Performance Management: Monitor Customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Turnaround Times (TAT). Identify bottlenecks and implement initiatives to eliminate backlogs and reduce wait times.People Leadership & Development: Supervise, coach, and conduct performance reviews for branch personnel. You will support new hire integration, build succession plans, and recommend hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions.Workforce Optimization: Evaluate manpower utilization, optimize staffing levels, and balance workloads between branches to maximize productivity.Asset & Facility Care: Protect company property by monitoring equipment uptime, ensuring timely facility maintenance, and strictly enforcing safety compliance.Compliance & Audit Control: Drive strict adherence to company policies.
