We're looking for an Area Supervisor to oversee a cluster of our branches — driving service quality, operational discipline, and team performance every day.What You'll DoSupervise Branch Personnel across your assigned clusterMonitor branch sales, turnaround time, and customer satisfactionOversee cash handling and inventory accuracyEnsure SOP and operational compliance across branchesResolve escalated customer concernsPrepare staff schedules and monitor attendance/coverageReport area performance and issues to the Operations ManagerWhat We're Looking For3–5 years of experience in branch, retail, service, or similar operations supervisionLaundry, service, or retail industry background preferredCollege degree preferred, or equivalent supervisory experience (high school diploma minimum with relevant experience)Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skillsComfortable managing multiple branches and day-to-day operational concerns
