About usDrawdeck is a Dubai-based art consultancy and framing and art fabrication studio. We work with hotels and hospitality brands across the region, creating art programmes that tell a story and elevate a space.The roleWe’re looking for an experienced Art Consultant with a strong creative vision, excellent design sensibility, and a solid understanding of art, interiors, materials, and three-dimensional spaces.You’ll manage hospitality art projects from the initial brief and concept development through to procurement, fabrication, and installation. Working closely with hotel clients, interior designers, artists, suppliers, and our in-house fabrication team, you’ll translate creative ideas into compelling and practical art programmes.The ideal candidate combines creativity with strong project-management skills and can confidently develop concepts, curate artwork, prepare client presentations, and communicate ideas through both two-dimensional and three-dimensional visuals.What you'll doDevelop art narratives, creative concepts, and art programmes for hospitality projectsResearch, source, and curate artists and artworks in response to project briefsTranslate interior-design schemes, architectural drawings, and client requirements into cohesive art proposalsCreate presentations, mood boards, artwork layouts, visual mock-ups, and basic 3D visualisationsRecommend framing, materials, finishes, fabrication methods, and installation solutionsPresent concepts and proposals to clients, designers, and other stakeholdersManage project timelines, budgets, artwork schedules, documentation, procurement, and supplier coordinationLiaise with clients, designers, artists, suppliers, and the fabrication team throughout project deliveryReview samples, prototypes, specifications, and production work to maintain creative intent and qualitySupport installation planning and oversee projects through to completionMentor and guide junior team members where requiredWhat you'll bringA Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related creative fieldAt least 3 years of relevant experience in art consultancy, hospitality design, interior design, FF&E, or a related fieldA strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, artwork curation, spatial thinking, and presentation skillsStrong knowledge of art, materials, framing, fabrication methods, and interior finishesWorking proficiency in 3D design or visualisation software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, Blender, or similarAbility to interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, interior renderings, and spatial layoutsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft OfficeStrong client-facing, presentation, and written communication skillsExcellent organisational and project-management abilitiesAbility to balance creativity, commercial requirements, budgets, and production considerationsConfidence managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBased in or willing to relocate to DubaiNice to haveExperience working on hotel or other hospitality projectsKnowledge of AutoCAD or rendering software such as Enscape, V-Ray, or LumionFamiliarity with regional and international artists, galleries, fabricators, and suppliersExperience coordinating custom artwork, framing, fabrication, or installationKnowledge of the UAE and wider Middle East art and design marketWe are accepting both local and international applications. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Dubai for this role.
