Art designer/ Director - Bilingual (Arabic and English)

Languages: Fluent in Arabic and EnglishRole SummaryWe are looking for an experienced An Art designer / director who can convert their current design tool kit into a culturally appropriate version. I.e. redesign so that copy flows right to left versus left to right/Arabic understanding. Must be expert on Adobe, Canva and Figma. to support the creation andregional adaptation of digital and marketing assets for the MENA market.The role requires a strong, hands-on designer who can work within an establishedglobal brand and design system, adapting existing creative and templates for regionalrequirements across Arabic and English while maintaining consistency, quality andbrand integrity.A key part of the role will be adapting LTR designs for Arabic/RTL, with carefulconsideration for typography, content flow, hierarchy and composition rather than simplymirroring existing layouts. The designer should understand how regional and culturalconsiderations influence creative choices and be able to adapt an established globaldesign language appropriately for MENA audiences.The role will work across a variety of templates and asset types, requiring strongattention to detail, the ability to work efficiently during high-volume periods, andproficiency across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Canva.Key Responsibilities Adapt global creative, templates and design assets for MENA audiences acrossArabic and English Convert LTR layouts into considered RTL designs, ensuring appropriate contentflow, typography, hierarchy and composition
