We believe in timeless design, honest materials, and the beauty of things that get better with time.We’re looking for a creative thinker with a strong visual point of view, an appreciation for understated American style, and the ability to translate our brand’s sensibility into compelling imagery and storytelling.What You’ll DoArt Direction & Brand Identity: Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language across campaigns, e-commerce, social media, email, print, and retail.Creative Campaigns: Conceptualize and lead seasonal campaigns, editorial shoots, product stories, and brand initiatives from idea through execution.Photography & Styling: Direct photoshoots, including model casting, location scouting, styling, shot lists, and collaboration with photographers, stylists, and production teams.E-commerce & Digital Content: Create thoughtful, commercially effective visual content for product detail pages (PDPs), website features, digital advertising, email, and social channels.Brand Storytelling: Find meaningful ways to communicate our products, materials, craftsmanship, and everyday inspiration through imagery and creative concepts.Design & Production: Oversee graphic design, typography, layout, and asset production to ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints.Creative Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, merchandising, and product teams to connect creative vision with business priorities.Creative Operations: Manage shoot calendars, creative briefs, budgets, timelines, and asset delivery to ensure projects move efficiently from concept to completion.What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in art direction, creative direction, or visual design, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.A strong portfolio demonstrating a distinct visual perspective, excellent taste, and experience directing photography and integrated campaigns.A deep understanding of fashion imagery, styling, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.Experience creating content for both brand-building and performance-driven channels, including e-commerce, social, and digital advertising.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high creative standard.A hands-on, collaborative approach, with the ability to balance creative ambition with practical execution.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with digital content production workflows.A genuine appreciation for timeless design, thoughtful details, and the everyday things that make a difference.The OpportunityThis is an opportunity to help shape the next chapter of an independent New York fashion brand with a distinctive point of view and a loyal community.We value creativity that feels natural rather than overworked, storytelling that feels honest, and design that stands the test of time.
