Art Director (Social Agency)

we are looking for a Senior Art Director to join a strong creative team in Singapore.This one needs someone who can genuinely think as well as craft. Not just someone who makes things look beautiful, but an Art Director who can develop the idea, build the visual world around it and take it all the way through to execution.The work spans social, digital, content, film and integrated campaigns, across a pretty varied mix of regional and global brands.What we are looking forAround 6+ years of agency experienceA genuinely strong portfolio — ideas + visual craft, not one or the otherStrong conceptual and art direction skillsComfortable creating social-first work, particularly around platforms like TikTok and InstagramExperience across digital, content, film and broader integrated campaignsSomeone culturally curious who understands what people are actually watching, sharing and talking aboutComfortable presenting ideas and defending the thinking behind themAble to mentor more junior creatives without needing to become a full-time managerGood working knowledge of AI visual tools — image generation, exploration, prototyping etc. This is increasingly part of the creative process rather than a noveltyAwards/recognised work useful, but I’m much more interested in the quality of the portfolioMotion/design/editing capability is useful but not essential.Fundamentally, looking for someone with taste, ideas and craft who understands how modern creative work gets made.Singapore-based role.
