Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and implementation of AI strategies aligned with the organization's digital transformation objectives.Design, develop, test, and deploy AI and machine learning models to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data to support AI model development and generate actionable insights.Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can enhance services, productivity, and decision-making.Develop AI-powered solutions such as chatbots, intelligent assistants, predictive analytics models, and process automation tools.Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement.Ensure AI solutions comply with organizational policies, data privacy regulations, cybersecurity standards, and ethical AI principles.Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions that deliver business value.Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations related to AI initiatives and project outcomes.Provide technical support and knowledge sharing to internal teams to encourage AI adoption across the organization.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related field.Master's degree is an advantage.Experience3–5 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technology role.Experience developing AI solutions using modern AI frameworks and cloud platforms is preferred.
