Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and training machine learning models, implementing data pipelines, and integrating AI features into web and mobile applications. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and digital marketers, to identify opportunities where AI can improve user experience, performance, and business outcomes. The developer will document technical approaches, maintain code quality, and stay current with emerging AI frameworks and best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bahawalnagar.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in artificial intelligence and machine learning, including experience with model development, training, evaluation, and deployment.Candidates should possess solid software engineering skills, such as proficiency in programming languages commonly used for AI (e.g., Python), version control, and API integration.Candidates should possess data-related skills, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, working with structured and unstructured data, and basic understanding of databases.Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills to translate business requirements into AI solutions and optimize system performance.Candidates should possess effective collaboration and communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications or equivalent experience are also valued.Experience with AI frameworks and tools (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar) and familiarity with cloud or on-prem deployment environments will be beneficial.Interest in user-centric design and understanding how AI can enhance mobile apps, websites, and digital marketing solutions is an advantage.
