This presents a unique opportunity to join at an early stage, take ownership of greenfield projects, and play a key role in shaping the future of technology within the the industry.What you will be doing 💻Designing and building AI-powered agents and automation workflows using modern LLM frameworks.Develop production-grade software around AI systems, integrating with internal platforms and third-party APIs while ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.Own the performance and quality of AI workflows through prompt engineering and observability.Partner with product and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities, deliver impactful features, and shape the long-term AI architecture.What you bring 🧠4+ years of software engineering experience, with strong Python development skills and experience working with Node.js or Java is ideal.Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications and autonomous agents using LLM frameworksProven track record of building and scaling products from 0–1, taking ownership from concept through to production.Experience working in a B2B environment, ideally building products that solve complex operational or workflow challenges.They are offering up to 25k AED per month + a yearly bonus based on personal performance.Want to work on a project that gives you ownership and autonomy from day 1?
