They offer a lot of autonomy and excellent progression opportunities with dedicated learning and development time within the role.An ideal candidate will understand real problems, get hands-on where needed, and help customers figure out what’s worth building. This role has a broad scope. Some days you’ll be writing Python or designing an AI architecture, other days you’ll be in workshops, running demos, or translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience Required:A real understanding of AI systems (LLMs and traditional ML), not just surface-level usageThe ability to get technical when needed and explain concepts clearlyExperience working directly with clients and knowing when to challenge assumptionsClear communication and a high level of initiativeUseful Experience:Python, TypeScript, or similarFamiliarity with modern AI frameworks such as LangChainCloud experience (Azure, AWS or GCP)
