You'll build and ship features across our AI product suite using Claude and other LLM tooling — from prompt pipelines and agentic workflows to NetSuite integrations. This is an execution-focused role: you'll take architectural direction and deliver production-ready results fast.What You'll DoExecute development tasks defined by the Senior AI Architect across our Voice AI, AI billing, and NetSuite AI productsBuild and maintain LLM-powered features using Claude (API, Claude Code, Agent SDK) — prompt engineering, tool use, agentic workflows, RAG pipelinesDevelop integrations with Oracle NetSuite (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk/REST, SuiteQL)Implement voice AI components: speech-to-text, text-to-speech, real-time conversation flowsBuild automation for AI-driven billing: data extraction, validation, invoice generationTest, debug, and document AI features; monitor quality and cost of LLM usagePrototype quickly, iterate on feedback, and shipWhat You Bring2–4 years of software development experience (Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript)Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs — Claude/Anthropic experience strongly preferredSolid understanding of prompt engineering, function/tool calling, and agent architecturesExperience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrationsAbility to work independently from high-level direction and deliver reliablyStrong communication skills — you'll work closely with the architect and product teamNice to HaveOracle NetSuite experience (SuiteScript 2.x, RESTlets, SuiteQL)Voice AI stack experience (Twilio, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, OpenAI Realtime, or similar)Vector databases and RAG (Pinecone, pgvector, etc.)Experience with billing/invoicing systems or ERP workflowsClaude Code / Claude Agent SDK in productionWhy Synergy3Work on shipping AI products, not experiments — real customers, real ERP dataLearn directly from a Senior AI Architect in a mentorship-style setupSmall team, big ownership, fast decisionsFully remote with flexible hours
