Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Most AI engineering jobs are demos. This one is production.Ecstasy Holding runs its entire group — construction delivery, finance, legal, sales — on an AI-native operating system we built ourselves. Retrieval over the whole business, autonomous scheduled agents, AI voice agents that take site calls and file reports, a custom ERP, and a marketing engine that turns live site photography into published content. It is real, it is in production, and it runs the company every day.We're looking for one engineer to own it and take it further.You'd be the person who makes the whole stack coherent: our ERP, our automation layer, our voice agents, our web properties. If you like walking into a complex system, understanding it fast, and making it work properly — this is the job.What you'll own• Our internal ERP platform — take full ownership of the codebase, ship features, keep it stable• The automation layer: scheduled AI agents, retrieval pipelines, data ingestion from Slack/Gmail/Drive into structured systems• AI voice agent infrastructure (telephony webhooks, edge functions, call-to-database pipelines)• Deployments, environments, and infrastructure hygiene across our web properties• Integrations: connecting the systems that currently don't talk to each otherStack you'll work inTypeScript / Node · Next.js · Supabase / PostgreSQL (incl. pgvector) · Claude API and agentic tooling · Vercel · Google Workspace APIs · Slack APIs · voice/telephony APIsWhat you bring• 3+ years building and shipping production software (full-stack or backend-leaning)• Real experience with LLM APIs beyond prompt-tinkering — you've built something that runs unattended and handles failure• Comfortable owning infrastructure: deployments, environment variables, secrets hygiene, debugging things in production• Able to read an unfamiliar codebase and become productive in days, not months• A direct communicator who says when something is a bad idea• Bonus: Supabase/Postgres depth, RAG systems, voice/telephony, ERP or construction-tech backgroundHow we hire for this roleWe don't do whiteboard puzzles. We'll give you one real, scoped, paid project from our actual backlog — roughly two weeks, part-time is fine — and we'll both find out how we work together.
