Since 2007, Extia, an IT consulting company, has been offering a unique approach in its field by combining well-being at work and performance.Our philosophy at Extia is “First who, then what", so let's go for it!🚀First who?Analytical and a strong problem-solver, you can easily translate complex business needs into impactful AI solutions.This role is hybrid, 2 days per week in the office (Bucharest).🚀Then what?AI Engineer focusing on designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI models that drive impactful business decisions, with the following tasks:Utilize agentic frameworks such as LangChain, Livekit, and OpenAI Agents SDK to create agent flowsUse MCP, Guardrails, and Agent instructions to design robust agentsLeverage AWS Bedrock as the primary LLM serviceTest and evaluate agent flows with agent benchmarksDeploy flows with other business-related services and design workflows with high-level tools like N8NCollaborate strongly with the business to understand needs and translate them into agent solutionsPartner with data engineers to ensure seamless integration of Agent flows into production environmentsRequired technical skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.4+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, including demonstrated experience building and deploying ML models at scale.Strong programming expertise in Python.Proficiency in NLP and LLMs.Hands-on experience with AWS services (EMR, SageMaker, S3, Bedrock) for end-to-end ML pipelines, or equivalent cloud providers.Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient production-level code, adhering to software engineering best practices (version control, testing, CI/CD).🚀 Do you recognize yourself in the "Who" and represent the "What"?
