The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud computing, with expertise in implementing AI solutions on the Azure platform. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications to drive business growth and innovation.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions on the Azure platform using Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure DatabricksCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and define AI use casesDevelop and implement machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learnClean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets using Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, etc.Build and optimize scalable ML pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and deploymentEvaluate and improve model performance using appropriate metricsStay updated with the latest Azure AI tools and best practicesProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team membersWork on Agentic AI frameworks to design autonomous and decision-making AI systemsDevelop and deploy AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio for conversational and enterprise automation use casesRequirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fieldMinimum 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering (Azure-focused preferred)Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statisticsHands-on experience with Azure AI services (Azure ML, Cognitive Services, Databricks)Experience with Agentic AI concepts and architecturesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio / AI copilots developmentKnowledge of Azure cloud services (Data Lake, SQL Database, Storage)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPreferred Skills:Experience with MLOps and deployment pipelinesKnowledge of NLP, Generative AI, or LLMsAzure certifications (AI Engineer Associate, etc.)Exposure to data governance and security practices
