Doros Capital Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an AI Engineer for our Mumbai team.We are a technology-first retail broking firm being built from the ground up. Thisis an early, high-ownership role for an engineer who wants to put agentic AI towork on real operational problems — not demos, but systems that run the business.Role:- Design and build agentic AI workflows that automate real processes across onboarding, operations, compliance and customer support- Build and orchestrate multi-step agents that reason, call tools and act across our internal systems- Integrate LLMs with our trading, back-office and CRM stack through APIs- Own the full loop — prototype, evaluate, deploy, monitor and improve in production- Work directly with the founder and operations team to decide what to automate and whyWhat we are looking for:- [3]+ years building software, with hands-on experience shipping LLM or agentic-AI applications- Strong Python; comfort with agent frameworks, tool/function calling, RAG and workflow orchestration- A builder's instinct — you can take a vague problem and turn it into a working system- Bonus: exposure to fintech, broking or any regulated, data-sensitive environmentYou will have unusual latitude here.
