They're using AI to change how people work with complex information, research and data.Think about the kind of work that has traditionally required hours of reading, searching,analysing and connecting the dots. They're trying to make that dramatically better.I'm helping them find exceptional AI Engineers to join the team. This isn't a role where you'll spend your time maintaining someone else's machine-learning pipeline.You'll be building. LLMs. Agents. Retrieval. Reasoning. Search. Evaluation. Production AI.Taking ideas from research into products that people actually use. I'm less interested in the exact title you've had and more interested in what you've built.You might be an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, Applied AI Engineer, Software Engineer orProduct Engineer. You might have built AI products at a startup or within a global corp. You might have worked on large scale systems at a major technology company.
