Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Position Title: Artificial Intelligence EngineerLocation : Dubai, UAEJob Description:We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to build and deploy production-ready AI systems, intelligent agents, and scalable backend services.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop production-grade Python/FastAPI services for AI applications.Build agentic workflows for chat, search, and RAG use cases.Work with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith for agent development, tracing, and evaluation.Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases such as Qdrant and Milvus.Apply prompt engineering and agent testing methodologies.Monitor and optimize AI systems for accuracy, latency, cost, and scalability.Deploy AI services using Docker and cloud platforms.Required Qualifications3+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python/backend skills.1–2+ years of hands-on AI/ML production experience.Demonstrated proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices, with a focus on clean, maintainable, and production-quality code.Solid experience with NLP, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings,deepshikha@hirerightt.com
