Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for an AI / LLM Engineer for an early-stage AI company building intelligent products for real-world enterprise use cases. You will work across LLM applications, backend systems, integrations, and automation workflows, with the ownership to take ideas from prototype to production. The role can be structured as hybrid or fully remote, depending on the candidate's profile and location.Responsibilities:Build and deploy LLM-powered applications, AI agents, copilots, and workflow automation solutionsDevelop Python-based backend services and infrastructure supporting AI productsIntegrate LLMs with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and third-party platformsDesign and implement agentic workflows, tool-calling mechanisms, and automation pipelinesTake AI solutions from prototype to reliable, production-ready systemsTranslate business and customer requirements into practical technical solutionsContribute across different layers of the product when needed, including full-stack developmentTake ownership of technical decisions and contribute to the scalability and reliability of the platformShip quickly, iterate based on real-world feedback, and continuously improve deployed solutions What We Are Looking For?Strong software engineering skills with PythonExperience with backend development, APIs, integrations, and service architecturesHands-on experience building LLM applications, AI agents, Generative AI products, or workflow automationFamiliarity with areas such as RAG, tool calling, and agentic workflowsAbility to think beyond the model layer and build complete, usable AI productsAbility to move from experimentation and prototyping to productionStrong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic engineering mindsetComfortable working with a high level of ownership and autonomyStrong academic background, preferably from a top-tier universityThere is no strict seniority requirement for this position. Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior engineers are welcome to apply. We are primarily interested in what you have built, how you approach technical problems, and your engineering capabilities, rather than your current title or years of experience.
