Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Role: AI/ML EngineerExperience :- 2+ yearsLocation :- Ahmedabad (Work from office)We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with 2+ years of experience to design, build, and ship AI-native applications. This role requires strong full-stack capabilities, combining backend systems, frontend development, and rapid prototyping to deliver custom dashboards, micro apps, and scalable AI-driven products.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop AI-native applications end-to-end (backend + frontend)Build custom dashboards and internal tools powered by AI insightsDevelop micro apps / lightweight tools to solve specific business problemsIntegrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face) into real-world applicationsCreate REST APIs and scalable backend services in PythonBuild responsive and functional frontends (React/Next.js or similar)Rapidly prototype ideas using a “vibe coding” approach (fast iteration, quick validation)Implement prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and context-aware AI systemsOptimize performance, scalability, and cost of AI-driven applicationsCollaborate closely with product/business teams to turn ideas into working solutionsRequired Skills & Qualifications:2+ years of experience in software/AI engineeringStrong proficiency in Python (backend)Hands-on experience with frontend development (React, Next.js, or similar)Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face)Ability to build and ship end-to-end applications independentlyStrong understanding of REST APIs, micro services, and system designFamiliarity with prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG conceptsExperience with data handling (Pandas, NumPy)Strong problem-solving and debugging skillsGood to Have:Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex or similar frameworksFamiliarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Supabase, etc.)Experience building custom dashboards or internal toolsExposure to AI-native UX patterns (chat interfaces, copilots, assistants)Understanding of fast prototyping tools and workflowsWhat We Expect (Important):Not just a backend engineer — should be comfortable building frontend as wellNot just ML training — focus is on applying AI in real productsShould be able to prototype quickly (“vibe coding”) and iterate fastStrong ownership mindset — ability to take features from idea to production
