Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days.Location: PAN IndiaMandate skills: GitHub Copilot, Agentic AI, Development experience, Japanese Language proficiency(JLPT N/N2/N3 Certified).Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced AI Transformation & Developer Enablement Lead to drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI-native software engineering practices using GitHub Enterprise Cloud, GitHub Copilot, Agentic AI, and GitHub Actions. The role will lead developer productivity transformation initiatives, implement AI-driven software development practices, and enable engineering teams through coaching, change management, and large-scale adoption programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in DevOps transformation, developer enablement, AI-assisted software engineering, and enterprise-scale technology adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise adoption of GitHub Copilot, Agentic AI, and AI-native engineering practices to improve development productivity and software delivery outcomes.Assess AI readiness and engineering maturity across development, QA, DevOps, and platform engineering teams, identifying capability gaps and defining transformation roadmaps.Implement AI-driven software development lifecycle operating models leveraging GitHub Enterprise Cloud, GitHub Copilot, and GitHub Actions.Drive adoption of agent-assisted and AI-enabled engineering workflows across planning, requirements, development, testing, deployment, and operational activities.Execute AI transformation initiatives through structured onboarding programs, champion networks, change management activities, and adoption acceleration strategies.Design and enable AI-powered engineering workflows utilizing Agentic AI concepts and automation capabilities within the GitHub ecosystem.Lead developer enablement initiatives through hands-on coaching, workshops, office hours, and knowledge-sharing programs.Integrate AI-powered automation into CI/CD and platform engineering workflows using GitHub Actions to improve quality, velocity, and operational efficiency.Define success metrics, adoption KPIs, ROI measures, and productivity benchmarks to demonstrate the business value of AI transformation initiatives.Conduct discovery and readiness assessments focused on GitHub adoption, AI-assisted development practices, SDLC maturity, engineering workflows, testing approaches, deployment processes, and developer productivity improvements.Collaborate with engineering leadership and stakeholders to drive sustainable AI adoption and organizational transformation.Required SkillsProficientGitHub Enterprise CloudGitHub CopilotAgentic AIGitHub ActionsIntermediateJapaneseExperience12+ years of industry experience.Minimum 6+ years leading DevOps transformation, software engineering enablement, and enterprise-scale technology adoption programs across complex organizations.
