Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Location: MohaliWorking Hours: 4 PM - 1 AM (5 Days a week + 1 working Saturday)Experience- 4+ yearsJob Title:AI Engineer- Forward Deployed EngineerRole SummaryWe are looking for an AI Engineer / AI Consultant who will work directly with clients to understand their business problems, design AI/automation solutions, and manage delivery end-to-end. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused more on problem-solving, solution design, and ownership than on pure coding.Technical Skills Required – Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) - FloridaStrong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, APIs, webhooks and third-party system integrations.Experience building applications using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or other LLMs.Strong understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs and function/tool calling.Experience building agentic workflows and multi-step AI agents, not just chatbot applications.Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search and context management.Ability to design guardrails, validation, human-in-the-loop workflows and hallucination reduction mechanisms.Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar AI orchestration frameworks.Experience integrating AI solutions with databases, enterprise systems, ERPs, CRMs and operational applications.Working knowledge of Azure/AWS/GCP, Docker, Git, CI/CD and production deployment of AI applications.Ability to take an ambiguous client problem from requirements → prototype → development → integration → production deployment, while balancing accuracy, scalability, security and cost.
