Copilot Studio Developer - 12 Month Contract - Abu Dhabi📍 Abu Dhabi – Onsite💰 AED 25,000 per month + Visa + Healthcare📅 12-Month Contract – Potential to become Permanent after initial contract🚀 Immediate Joiner RequiredWe are looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer / AI Conversational Engineer to join a major organization in Abu Dhabi.This is a hands-on technical role focused on designing, developing and deploying AI-powered conversational agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Azure AI.You will work closely with business and technology teams to transform business use cases into secure, scalable and measurable conversational AI solutions that improve productivity, automate workflows and allow users to interact with enterprise systems and knowledge through natural language.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop conversational AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot StudioBuild topics, actions, dialog flows and agent orchestration patternsTranslate business requirements into conversational designs, prompts, user journeys and integrationsIntegrate copilots with enterprise platforms including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Power Platform and Microsoft TeamsBuild integrations using REST APIs, connectors, Power Automate, Azure Functions and custom actionsImplement RAG, prompt engineering, grounding strategies and human-in-the-loop patternsWork with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI and Azure AI FoundryConfigure copilots across Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint and web channelsApply enterprise security, privacy, responsible AI, access control and governance standardsDevelop proofs of concept and industrialise successful solutions into production environmentsMonitor agent accuracy, adoption, usage and performance and continuously improve AI responsesProduce technical documentation, reusable templates and handover materialsRequired Experience4+ years' experience across software development, AI development, automation, low-code/no-code or chatbot developmentStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot StudioStrong experience with Power Platform and Power AutomateGood understanding of conversational AI, generative AI and prompt engineeringExperience with RAG / knowledge groundingExperience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, JSON, connectors and authentication patternsWorking knowledge of technologies including:Azure AI / Azure OpenAIAzure AI FoundryMicrosoft GraphDataverseSharePointMicrosoft TeamsMicrosoft Entra IDExperience designing secure and governed AI solutions within enterprise environmentsStrong stakeholder communication skillsDesirable ExperienceMicrosoft certifications such as AI-102, PL-400, PL-600, Azure Developer or Azure AI EngineerMicrosoft 365 Copilot extensibilityAgent governance and AI observabilityEnterprise RAG architectures and knowledge managementExperience developing agents for employee productivity, operational support, customer service or workflow automationAviation and/or ground services industry experience would be advantageousDevelopment experience with Python, C#, JavaScript or TypeScript
