The ideal candidate will have a solid background in coding and application development, with practical experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions. At the same time, they should be comfortable understanding business requirements, working directly with stakeholders, and translating functional needs into practical technical solutions.This role will act as a bridge between business/functional teams and technical teams, helping identify opportunities where AI can create value, translating requirements into solutions, and taking ownership from concept through implementation and production.Key Responsibilities1. Design, build, and deploy AI applications end-to-end, from prototype to production.2. Direct AI coding agents to generate code, owning architecture, security, and maintainability.3. Build on foundation models to create agent workflows.4. Integrate AI into products and backend services.5. Build evaluation, testing, and monitoring for quality, safety, latency, and cost.6. Evaluate emerging AI tools and make build-vs-buy recommendations.7. Collaborate with internal teams and partners; communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.Qualifications3+ years of software engineering experience, including AI/ML apps in production.Experience with LLM APIs, generative AI patterns (prompting, tool calling, RAG), and ML fundamentals.Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance business objectives, technical feasibility and user needs.
