Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer on behalf of our client, a leading technology-driven organization in the financial services sector.The ideal candidate will combine strong software development expertise with hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) and contribute to the development of scalable, production-ready AI solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, building, and deploying end-to-end AI applications that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end AI-powered software solutionsDevelop and integrate LLM-based applications into enterprise systemsContribute to AI and R&D projects from PoC (Proof of Concept) to productionWork with Python, APIs, and enterprise integrationsSupport OCR, Document AI, and unstructured data processing use casesDesign and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecturesDevelop solutions leveraging vector databases and semantic search technologiesDeploy, monitor, and optimize AI applications in production environmentsUse modern AI-assisted development tools to improve software development efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven opportunitiesShare technical knowledge and contribute to the adoption of emerging technologies across teamsEnsure AI solutions align with software engineering best practices, security standards, and scalability requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related engineering or quantitative field5+ years of professional experience in software development, AI, or data-driven applicationsStrong hands-on software development backgroundPractical experience with Python and AI-related projectsHands-on experience with AI, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs)Experience developing real-world, production-level AI applicationsKnowledge of APIs, system integrations, and software architectureExperience working in production environments and deploying AI applications at scaleUnderstanding of software development best practices, version control, and CI/CD pipelinesUnderstanding of model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps practicesKnowledge of RAG architectures and prompt engineering techniquesFamiliarity with tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI-assisted development platformsStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive, technology-focused mindset
