Techub is building the intelligence layer behind modern companies, aiming for tangible, real-world impact through advanced AI and data-driven operations.Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI models and systems that support Techub’s computer vision, NLP, agentic AI, and data intelligence products. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and implementing algorithms for pattern recognition and neural networks, developing and optimizing production-ready software components, and integrating AI models into existing enterprise and cloud-native platforms. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, evaluating model performance under real-world constraints, and maintaining scalable, reliable AI services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka.Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and production-grade coding practices.Applied experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for real-world AI systems.Hands-on skills in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including model training, evaluation, and deployment.Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, REST APIs, microservices).Experience deploying AI solutions to cloud or on-premise infrastructure, with attention to scalability, performance, and security.Ability to work with large datasets, apply data preprocessing techniques, and use MLOps tools for model lifecycle management.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
