The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models, with strong exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, including Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Falcon) for domain-specific tasks.Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and transform data for training and inference.Implement prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and model evaluation techniques.Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.Stay updated with the latest AI/ML and GenAI research, frameworks, and tools.Document processes, models, and workflows for knowledge sharing.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.1-3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied data science.Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).Experience with Generative AI frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API).Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines.Strong understanding of NLP, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative teams.What We OfferOpportunity to work on cutting-edge Generative AI and agentic AI solutions.Exposure to enterprise-scale projects across industries.Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.Competitive compensation and benefits.
