Employment Type: PermanentSalary: €80,000–€90,000I'm currently recruiting for a Senior AI Engineer to join an established technology team focused on developing innovative AI solutions and enterprise-scale applications.This opportunity is suited to someone with a strong software engineering or Machine Learning Engineering background, combining hands-on technical expertise with technical leadership experience.The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Agentic AI applications, LLM-based solutions, and advanced Machine Learning systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions to support business requirements.Architect and build Agentic AI applications using established design patterns and best practices.Develop and integrate LLM-based applications and intelligent AI systems.Lead technical design, research, brainstorming, and innovation initiatives.Contribute hands-on to Python development and production-grade software engineering.Research and implement emerging AI/ML techniques and technologies.Support enterprise MLOps/LLMOps practices and platform design.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions to production challenges.Contribute to performance testing, scalability improvements, and CI/CD automation.Provide technical guidance, communicate architectural decisions, and deliver demonstrations to stakeholders.Required ExperienceStrong commercial experience with Python and software engineering principles.Hands-on experience developing Agentic AI applications and AI Agents.Strong understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, and AI/ML engineering.Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as Strands or similar.Knowledge of Agentic AI design patterns, AgentOps, validation, and evaluation.Experience building and deploying Machine Learning models using frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or similar.Experience with enterprise MLOps/LLMOps tooling.Cloud experience, preferably AWS.Strong programming fundamentals and experience building production-grade applications.A combination of hands-on technical expertise and technical leadership experience.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and present solutions to varied audiences.Ideal BackgroundCandidates should demonstrate strong programming capability alongside practical experience developing AI solutions, rather than focusing exclusively on theoretical research or data analytics.
