You’ll work closely with clients across construction, engineering and real estate, helping them turn complex business challenges into production-ready AI applications that deliver measurable results.This is a hands-on leadership role combining AI engineering, solution architecture and client engagement. You’ll take ownership from initial concept through to deployment, adoption and continuous improvement.The role-Lead AI projects from discovery and strategy through to production and deployment.Design, build and implement end-to-end AI solutions using Microsoft technologies.Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and high-performing technical architectures.Work with Microsoft Azure and modern AI services to develop production-ready solutions.Explore and implement generative AI, LLMs and intelligent automation where they create genuine business value.Collaborate directly with clients, consultants, engineers and business stakeholders.Mentor colleagues, guide technical decisions and help project teams deliver high-quality results.Identify opportunities to embed AI into business processes and drive long-term adoption.The technology focusYou’ll work primarily within the Microsoft AI ecosystem, with opportunities to apply technologies such as:Microsoft Azure and Azure AI servicesAzure OpenAI Service and large language modelsMicrosoft Copilot and Copilot StudioMicrosoft AI and data platform technologiesAPIs, integrations and cloud-native AI architectureGenerative AI, RAG architectures and AI-powered automationThe focus is on building practical, scalable solutions that move beyond experimentation and deliver value in real-world environments.What they need?At least 3 years of experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar AI-focused technical role.Proven experience designing and building AI solutions.Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based AI services.Strong understanding of AI architecture, deployment, performance and scalability.Experience leading technical projects or guiding engineering teams.The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.Fluency in both Dutch and English.What’s on offer?Salary up to €6,500 per month.Remote working with flexibility in how you organise your work.High-impact AI projects with leading organisations.The opportunity to work extensively with Microsoft's AI technologies.A collaborative team of around 30 consultants who share knowledge and take ownership.A blend of hands-on engineering, technical leadership and strategic client engagement.The opportunity to help organisations adopt AI at scale and see your solutions make a tangible difference.Interested?If you’re passionate about building AI solutions that make it into production, enjoy working directly with clients and want to make a real impact with the Microsoft AI stack, we’d love to hear from you.Ready to take the next step in your AI career?
