This broad portfolio creates diverse opportunities for interns to learn and contribute to real-world technology and consulting projects.Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Intern role at D2N Solutions is a full-time remote position focused on supporting AI-driven initiatives and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in the design, development, and evaluation of machine learning models, performing data collection, cleaning, and exploratory analysis, and contributing to the implementation of AI prototypes under the guidance of senior team members. The intern will help document experiments, prepare technical reports or presentations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI use cases. Additional tasks may involve researching emerging AI techniques, participating in code reviews, and supporting integration and testing of AI components within larger systems.Qualifications Foundational knowledge in Computer Science and Data Science, with an understanding of core concepts such as algorithms, data structures, and statistical analysis.Strong Machine Learning skills, including familiarity with supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and common ML frameworks or libraries.Solid Programming abilities in languages commonly used for AI (such as Python, R, or similar), and experience working with relevant tools and development environments.Demonstrated Analytical Skills, including problem-solving, critical thinking, and the ability to interpret and communicate data-driven findings clearly.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate with distributed teams.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and documentation quality.Exposure to cloud platforms, databases, or data engineering concepts is beneficial but not required.
