Artificial Intelligence Manager

Role: AI Implementation Manager Location : Ahmedabad Working Hours : 3PM -12AM ISTMandate: Stand up and run our new AI Consulting division. Start with small to mid market accounting firms, then expand the playbook to broader SMBs.Roles & responsibilities1. Client delivery (Forward Deployed)- Embed with clients, map their real workflows, and identify where AI creates the most value.- Scope engagements and own them end to end.- Build and ship the AI solutions: LLM apps, agents, integrations, evals, and the data plumbing.- Drive adoption. Accountable for the client's outcome, not just the deliverable.2. Productize the offering- Turn repeat work into a named, repeatable offering: scope, delivery playbook, pricing, success metrics.- Define how we deliver quality consistently, not person-by-person.3. Feed the product- Act as the primary signal from the field back into our product and roadmap.4. Build the team (as it scales)- Hands-on and solo in the early stretch (player-coach).- Hire, onboard, and lead a small forward-deployed team as demand proves out.5. Commercial support- Help scope and price deals; partner on go-to-market even if not the closer.Persona we're looking forA technical generalist with founding-engineer energy, as comfortable in a client's conference room as in a codebase. Builder first, consultant second.- Comes from: Forward Deployed / Solutions Engineer at an AI or data company, a technical founder, or an early customer-facing engineer who shipped product and sat in on client calls.- Must have: personally shipped an AI/LLM product real people used; can build it end to end alone; has owned a client relationship and turned vague pain into something adopted; high agency.- The tell of a great one: talks about client outcomes and trust, not tech stacks. Energized, not scared, by "you're employee #1."- Not: a slide-deck consultant, an ML researcher, or someone who needs a spec handed to them.- Bonus: accounting/tax/finance background and commercial instinct, but we won't gate on it; a fast learner who can build beats a domain expert who can't.
