The role combines technical research, experimentation, and strategic thinking to support enterprise AI initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Research & InnovationResearch advancements in large language models, agentic AI, machine learning, and enterprise AI systemsEvaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools across the AI ecosystemDesign and execute experiments to test new AI capabilities and approachesAnalyze research papers, technical reports, and industry developmentsDevelop recommendations on AI adoption opportunities and implementation strategiesModel Evaluation & DevelopmentBenchmark AI models across performance, cost, accuracy, and scalability metricsSupport prototype development and proof-of-concept initiativesConduct prompt engineering, model testing, and workflow optimizationAssess AI system limitations, risks, and deployment considerationsContribute to AI architecture and solution design discussionsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with consultants and client teams to solve business challenges using AIWork with engineers to translate research findings into production-ready solutionsPrepare technical reports, presentations, and client-facing insightsSupport thought leadership initiatives and internal knowledge sharingStay informed on industry trends, competitive developments, and regulatory changesIdeal ProfileMaster’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field preferred2+ years of experience in AI research, machine learning, data science, or applied AIStrong understanding of large language models, machine learning, and modern AI architecturesExperience with Python and AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or similar technologiesAbility to evaluate research and translate findings into business applicationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCuriosity, intellectual rigor, and a passion for emerging technologiesWhat the Company OffersOpportunity to work on enterprise AI projects across multiple industriesExposure to cutting-edge AI technologies and research initiativesCollaboration with AI engineers, consultants, and business leadersCompetitive compensation and long-term career growth opportunitiesRemote and flexible work environmentAccess to leading AI tools, platforms, and learning resourcesOpportunity to influence how organizations adopt and scale AI globally
