Employment Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary: $150,000–$170,000We are looking for a Senior AI Researcher with deep expertise in Computer Vision (CV) and Generative AI (GenAI) to develop advanced AI models and turn cutting-edge research into production-ready solutions.This is a highly technical research role for someone who has experience building, training and fine-tuning models, not simply using existing AI models or APIs.What You’ll DoConduct original research in Computer Vision and Generative AIDesign, train and fine-tune advanced CV and GenAI modelsDevelop solutions for on-device and cloud-based AI inferenceResearch and evaluate emerging AI technologies and algorithmsBuild efficient, scalable and production-ready AI systemsOptimize models for performance and real-world deploymentWork closely with development and MLOps teams to move research into productionMentor AI interns and support technical knowledge sharingPresent complex AI concepts and research findings to technical and non-technical audiencesContribute to research publications, patents and industry conferencesWhat We’re Looking ForMaster's or PhD in Computer Science or a closely related field5–7 years of professional AI research experienceDeep hands-on expertise in Computer Vision and Generative AIStrong experience training, fine-tuning and experimenting with modelsStrong understanding of generative media applicationsExpert-level PythonStrong experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlowExperience across the full ML lifecycle, including development, debugging, optimization and deploymentStrong understanding of core machine learning and deep learning conceptsAbility to explain complex mathematical and scientific concepts clearlyExperience taking AI research into production-ready solutionsImportant RequirementCandidates should have a strong research background with first-author publications at leading AI conferences, such as:CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR or SIGGRAPHThis role is best suited to someone with genuine AI research depth who has developed and trained advanced models and wants to continue pushing the boundaries of Computer Vision and Generative AI.
