Team members have the opportunity to contribute to impactful research that bridges culture, language, and technology for people everywhere.Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Researcher will conduct end-to-end research on AI models, including framing research questions, designing experiments, implementing prototypes, and evaluating performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing algorithms for pattern recognition and data analysis, working with large datasets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and publishing or documenting findings in a clear, accessible manner. The role also involves staying current with advances in machine learning and statistics, contributing to internal research discussions, and supporting the design of culturally informed AI systems. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Ajmer, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week as project needs allow.Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering practices.Demonstrated skills in Pattern Recognition and Data Science for building and evaluating machine learning models.Experience in Research and Statistics, including experimental design, hypothesis testing, and quantitative analysis.Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI (such as Python) and relevant frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).familiarity with AWS and allied platforms is important.Ability to work with large, complex datasets and apply appropriate preprocessing, modeling, and validation techniques.Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting research findings to technical and non-technical audiences.Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary environment.Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred; relevant industry or research experience is highly valued.
