The service is designed to provide a reliable, balanced, and efficient experience across all aspects of labor relations, supporting informed and confident decision-making.Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Specialist will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of AI models that support contract review and termination options analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and refining machine learning pipelines, collaborating with legal and product teams to translate labor relations requirements into technical solutions, and evaluating model performance to ensure accuracy, fairness, and reliability. The role also involves data preprocessing, feature engineering, and documenting technical approaches and best practices for future enhancements. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Riyadh, with a combination of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.QualificationsStrong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.Advanced Analytical Skills and Data Science capabilities for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical evaluation.Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, including model selection, training, validation, and deployment.Proficiency in Programming (e.g., Python, R, or similar languages) and familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.Understanding of data privacy, security practices, and responsible AI, especially in handling sensitive employment and contractual data.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or text analytics, particularly in legal or compliance contexts, is a strong plus.
