Artificial Intelligence Specialist

Job Title: AI Specialist – Microsoft EcosystemExperience: 6+years

Location: Dubai, UAERole OverviewWe are looking for an AI Specialist with strong expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.

The role will be part of the Intelligent Automation Team and will focus on designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end AI solutions that deliver measurable business value across multiple business functions.Key Responsibilities* Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI and intelligent automation solutions.* Work extensively with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.* Engage with business stakeholders to identify and assess AI transformation opportunities.* Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.* Design solutions and manage implementation/project delivery with minimal supervision.* Coordinate with IT, business, and other relevant teams for successful solution deployment.* Conduct user training and support adoption of implemented AI solutions.* Ensure solutions align with security, governance, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards.Key Technical RequirementsStrong hands-on experience with:* Microsoft Copilot* Copilot Studio* Azure AI Foundry* Microsoft Azure* Microsoft 365* Power Platform* APIs and system integrations* Good understanding of enterprise architecture and Microsoft technology ecosystem.* Strong awareness of AI security, governance, and compliance.* Proven experience delivering AI solutions from concept through deployment.Ideal Candidate* Strong combination of AI technical expertise and business-facing consulting skills.* Able to independently manage requirements, solution design, implementation, stakeholder coordination, and user enablement.* Experience delivering AI solutions that create measurable business value.
