The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and emerging AI technologies, along with proven experience in training, mentoring, and stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver advanced AI/ML training programs for technical professionals, architects, developers, and leadership teams. Lead AI capability-building initiatives aligned with business and technology objectives. Develop curriculum, learning paths, hands-on labs, assessments, and project-based learning programs. Deliver training on Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, NLP, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI/ML frameworks. Mentor senior technical professionals and AI practitioners on real-world AI implementation and best practices. Collaborate with technology leaders, SMEs, architects, and business stakeholders to identify AI capability gaps. Drive adoption of modern AI tools, platforms, frameworks, and learning methodologies. Conduct workshops, boot camps, technical talks, hackathons, and executive-level AI awareness sessions. Develop practical, industry-relevant use cases and hands-on projects for learners. Evaluate learner performance through assessments, projects, coding exercises, and technical evaluations. Stay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, AI governance, and responsible AI. Guide instructional designers and trainers in developing high-quality AI learning content. Define training standards, quality benchmarks, and governance mechanisms for AI learning programs. Track training effectiveness, learner engagement, and capability development metrics.Required Skills Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) Prompt Engineering Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Agentic AI / AI Agents NLP and Deep Learning Python and AI/ML programming TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn Hugging Face and modern AI frameworks Cloud AI platforms – Azure / AWS / Google Cloud AI application development and deployment MLOps / LLMOps AI Governance and Responsible AI Curriculum and learning program design Technical training and facilitation Leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder managementQualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.20+ years of overall experience in technology, AI/ML, software engineering, consulting, training, or related areas. Significant experience in designing and delivering enterprise-level technical training programs. Proven experience mentoring senior professionals and leading AI capability-building initiatives. Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and leadership skills.Preferred Experience Experience working with enterprise AI transformation or AI practice development. Experience in EdTech, corporate learning, technology consulting, or large-scale enterprise training. Exposure to AI strategy, solution architecture, or implementation is highly desirable. Experience creating industry-oriented AI projects, case studies, and hands-on labs.
