With strong industry linkages and a placement-focused approach, VocSkill aims to transform learners into job-ready professionals and create a future where education directly leads to opportunity.Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, industry-relevant training in AI-focused domains, including but not limited to digital marketing, business analytics, economic analysis, and related applied AI fields. This full-time, on-site role in Navi Mumbai involves developing and updating curriculum content, designing practical projects and case studies, and conducting interactive classroom sessions, labs, and workshops. The trainer will assess learner performance through assignments, quizzes, and evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and mentor learners on career pathways and skill development. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with academic and industry experts to ensure content remains current, preparing training materials and resources, and supporting placement-focused initiatives by aligning learning outcomes with real-world job requirements. The role also includes contributing to mental well-being and soft skills initiatives to help learners succeed in a fast-changing work environment.Qualifications Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with practical experience applying AI in domains such as digital marketing, business analytics, economic analysis, or related fields.Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages commonly used in AI (e.g., Python, libraries like NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn; familiarity with analytics or BI tools such as Power BI is an advantage).Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and classroom or corporate training, with the ability to create outcome-driven, project-based learning content.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse learner groups in a clear and engaging manner.Strong mentoring and coaching abilities, with a learner-centric approach and commitment to supporting mental well-being, resilience, and professional growth.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain industry linkages, and align training with current market trends and employer expectations.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; relevant certifications in
