Artis And Exhibition Assistant

I am looking for a reliable, presentable, and proactive assistant to support me during an upcoming art exhibition.The role will involve managing and supervising my booth, welcoming visitors, providing basic information about the artist and artworks, collecting contact details from interested collectors and galleries, and assisting with the general organization of the stand.The assistant will also help with practical tasks before and during the exhibition, including coordinating materials, keeping the booth organized and presentable, taking photos and short videos when needed, assisting with social media content, and making sure everything runs smoothly while I am meeting visitors, collectors, galleries, and other guests.Ideal candidate: professional and well-presented, confident speaking with people, organized and responsible, fluent in English, comfortable using a phone and social media, and preferably interested in or familiar with contemporary art. Previous experience at exhibitions, art fairs, luxury events, galleries, or hospitality would be an advantage.Position: Temporary / Exhibition-based
