Applicants can expect a professional, tenant-focused workplace that values quality, integrity, and collaboration.Role Description The Artist role at Rose Garden Apartments is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Artist will create original artwork and visual concepts that enhance the aesthetic appeal of the property’s shared and private spaces, including murals, wall art, and decorative installations. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing art projects, sketching concepts, selecting materials, and collaborating with management to align designs with the property’s brand and resident experience. The Artist will maintain and restore existing pieces, prepare spaces for new installations, and ensure all work complies with safety standards and building guidelines. The role involves working closely with the property management and maintenance teams to schedule projects, meet deadlines, and support events or marketing initiatives with creative visual assets.Qualifications Demonstrated skills in drawing, painting, and other visual art forms relevant to interior and exterior spaces.Ability to develop creative concepts, produce sketches, and translate ideas into finished artwork and installations.Experience working with a range of materials and techniques (e.g., canvas, murals, mixed media, digital references) and understanding of basic art conservation.Strong sense of color, composition, and design, with an eye for integrating artwork into architectural and communal settings.Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback from property management and stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple projects, work within timelines, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.Prior experience creating artwork for residential, commercial, hospitality, or public spaces is highly beneficial.Relevant art education, training, or portfolio demonstrating professional-quality work; formal degree in Fine Arts or related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
