crafts studios serving international visitors.We currently operate locations in both Shinjuku and Asakusa, two of Tokyo's most popular areas for international travelers.Our studios give visitors the opportunity to experience Japanese craftsmanship firsthand — creating their own traditional crafts while learning about the culture and techniques behind them.This is a hands-on management position combining customer experience, staff management, daily operations, and business growth.We welcome both entry-level candidates with strong potential and mid-career professionals with experience in retail, hospitality, tourism, customer service, or operations.What You'll DoManage the day-to-day operations of the Shinjuku or Asakusa studioWelcome and communicate with international guestsEnsure every customer receives an excellent experienceManage and support studio staffCreate staff schedules and coordinate shiftsTrain new team membersEnsure workshops run smoothly and on timeMaintain
