Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe role combines enforcement and support, working with residents, colleagues, and external agencies to promote safe, sustainable neighbourhoods through early intervention, legal action, and community engagement.Main ResponsibilitiesInvestigate reports of ASB, hate crime, and tenancy breaches in line with Ongo’s policies, using legal and non-legal tools.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve cases and strengthen partnerships.Lead and represent Ongo at multi-agency meetings.Prepare evidence, legal documentation, and attend court proceedings.Deliver training and coaching to colleagues and partners on ASB and tenancy management.Respond to serious ASB incidents within 24 hours, applying a harm-centered approach.Maintain accurate case records and provide timely updates to tenants and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with safeguarding, data protection, and health and safety regulations.Support victims, survivors and witnesses of tenancy management and ASB incidents through regular contact, safeguarding and appropriate referrals. Community & Neighbourhood Engagement:Provide excellent customer service to ensure tenants and residents.Interpret and analyse data relating to tenancy management, ASB and crime for neighbourhood planning and problem-solving strategies.Promote early intervention and community engagement to prevent and reduce ASB in Ongo’s neighbourhoods.Lead and support community engagement initiatives with internal and external stakeholders to address anti-social behaviour.Manage anti-social behaviour and tenancy management cases, focusing on early intervention and using a harm centered approach.Actively promote customer involvement and encourage participation in decision-making. Partnerships & ComplianceCollaborate with internal departments and external agencies to address ASB and tenancy management issues in Ongo’s neighbourhoods.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partner organisations to create thriving neighbourhoods.The post holder will be expected to be aware of safeguarding vulnerable adults and children and report any concerns via Ongo’s Safeguarding policies and procedures.
