ASIC Technical Program Manager

Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong background in ASIC design and development to lead cross-functional, multi-site teams in delivering ASIC solutions for infrastructure engineering. The role involves managing programs across Silicon Engineering, Platform Software, Hardware Systems, Sourcing & Operations, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage cross-functional infrastructure programs in a matrix organization.Drive ASIC development and subsystems from concept through production.Oversee silicon and firmware development, including design, fabrication, validation, qualification, and production release.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define roadmaps and technical requirements.Drive program execution, process improvements, and delivery of high-quality ASIC solutions.Partner with software, hardware, and architecture teams to understand technical requirements and constraints.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.10+ years of experience in ASIC development.2+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Management, or Engineering Management.Strong understanding of ASIC design flow, including architecture, microarchitecture, RTL, synthesis, functional verification, and physical layout.Experience with pre-silicon testing (emulation and FPGA) and post-silicon validation.Strong stakeholder management, organizational leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on RTL design experience using VHDL, Verilog, or SystemVerilog.Knowledge of semiconductor technology and manufacturing processes.Experience with data center architecture and deployment.Experience working with ODMs and external vendors.Familiarity with machine learning training or inference silicon and systems.Semiconductor startup experience.Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, efficiency, and quality.Knowledge of responsible AI practices and emerging AI technologies.
